Paul has over 30 years' experience spanning IT, data analytics, sales and marketing. His more recent focus is on helping climate and sustainability businesses turn technical innovation into commercial success.
Originally studying Physics, Paul began his career in IT at CBL, managing company-wide systems projects on their SOP, developing logistics systems, retail websites and a data warehouse built on Microsoft SQL Server. He went on to lead marketing and business development at CBL, building its online training business and working with Microsoft to sell its commercial eLearning. This included winning a large multi-year, 100,000+ seat eLearning deal with the UK Government.
In 2014, Paul founded digital cycle retailer 2Pedalz, which later became part of Cyclefit (Europe's leading bike fitters).
He then founded Climate Marketing Lab, which brings sales and marketing volunteers together with climate and sustainability start-ups to help them grow.
At CCell, he leads sales and market development, helping customers and partners understand the commercial and environmental value of coastal protection.
Paul lives in Milton Keynes and enjoys running and cycling.
