David is the managing director of TFP Hydrogen Products with a PhD in electrochemisty.

With over 35 years’ experience in the electrochemistry industry, David has been instrumental in his field, from working in R&D in multi-national corporates to CTO and CEO roles for Plurion, PV3 Technologies, Amalyst and others. Since 2009, David has managed a portfolio career, undertaking a wide range of advisory roles, including working together with the Department for International Trade in helping international companies understand the UK energy sector. In 2020 David joined James Cropper PLC as Managing Director of TFP Hydrogen Products Ltd as a result of James Cropper’s acquisition of PV3 Technologies.
