The 2018 Ocean Tech Summit was supported by the Nexus Group, the Schmidt Marine Technology Partners and the Buckminster Fuller Institute. This unique summit, brought together ocean technology innovators, global NGO’s, government officials, academics, fund managers and private investors.
We had the opportunity to present among a group of talented like-minded individuals, dedicated to restoring and protecting our valuable oceans. We discussed the benefits of our technology, and how it could be adopted locally to benefit coastal communities, which received exceptional support from Indonesia’s central government. The solutions presented at the summit, including CCell, focused on scalability and potential impact.
The summit’s mission is to create a global network among regenerative ocean initiatives with a focus on bridging next generation approaches in technology, decentralisation, community governance, blended funding and cultural integration.
